Frevvo Accounts

Google Apps SaaS Account

This version does not support integration with databases, other back end services, integration with PaperVision Enterprise or ImageSilo, XML/XSD-based integration with back end services, manual doc URIs, Paypal integration or any of the Confluence-specific wizards. Active Directory/LDAP integration is also not supported.

If you have signed up for / purchased a Google Apps SaaS account, there are restrictions on the available functionality.

Wizards

For Google Apps accounts, the following wizards are available:

• Form Action
  • Close page
  • Display a message
  • Forward to a web page
  • Display a message formatted using a Google document.
• Error Action
  • Display an error message
  • Forward to a web page
• Doc Action
  • Do nothing
  • Email data
  • Format and email data using a Google document
  • Save data to Google documents.
• Doc URIs
  • Unset document URIs
  • Save to a Google spreadsheet.

You can use workflows, digital signatures, and save-load as well as create your own users, assign them roles etc.

SaaS Account

This account provides all functionality except for Active Directory/LDAP integration. Please note that if you need to integrate with your database or other back end service, the database/service will have to be exposed outside the firewall so that frevvo's SaaS server can access it.

Confluence SaaS Account

This account allows you to connect one Confluence server to the account and create forms/workflows in Confluence. You will need to install the Confluence plugin in your Confluence server. Please note that if you need to integrate with your database or other back end service, the database/service will have to be exposed outside the firewall so that frevvo's SaaS server can access it.
