Live Forms Online Subscription

Subscribe

You can subscribe to Live Forms Online via either monthly or annual payments. You will need an account on www.frevvo.com. If you don't have an account, please Sign Up first. To subscribe, first login to your account. Then, go to http://www.frevvo.com and click on Products->Live Forms Online. Click Buy Now.

• This will take you to your Live Forms Online licenses page. You should see the current license - if you have not subscribed before, it will be a Trial license.
• Under the "Subscribe to a paid plan" header, click the link to continue.
• This will take you to the purchasing form where you can choose your plan type and monthly versus annual payments.
• Click Submit - this will forward you to a payment page on Paypal's web site. This is for security reasons - your credit card account information is never stored by frevvo nor does it ever pass through our servers. You should see a page similar to the screenshot below.

• If you have a Paypal account, you can use it.
• Otherwise click the "Use your credit card or bank account link" (highlighted above).
• Enter account information and click Continue.
• You will need to enter an email address and password on the next screen to create a Paypal account. This is solely for managing this subscription, viewing a summary of payments etc.
• When you Finish, you will be redirected to frevvo's site and your license should be updated immediately. Sometimes it can taks a few minutes to receive the acknowledgement from Paypal.
