Administration Home Page
For Live Forms™ In-house software installation, the Admin home page is the page you see immediately after logging in as the admin user. For Standard Edition users you will see the Forms Home Page upon login. For Professional Edition users you will see the Applications Home Page. The Applications, Schemas and Themes tabs are only visible in the Professional Edition. The Flows and Tasks tabs are only visible if you also purchased the frevvo workflow product.
- Open frevvo's home page in your browser. e.g. http://<myserver>:8080/frevvo/web/login
- Login as the admin user.
- username = admin
- password = admin (or whatever password you selected during initial installation)
The admin user can manage all other frevvo users and the Form Server Configuration by clicking the manage link in the upper right hand corner of the home page.
Manage Users
The Manage Users page is where the admin user can add new users and edit the properties of existing users. Click the Manage Users link to display the frevvo user list. To the right of each user name are three icons. Each is described below.

to switch to this user as if you had logged into frevvo as this user.
- Click the
to edit a user's profile such as password, email address, max upload attachment size, disable the user, and embedded mode.
- Click the
to remove a user from the server.
Manage Server Configuration
The admin user can manage the frevvo Form Server configuration by clicking the manage link and then the Server Configuration link
Update License
The Server Configuration page displays your current installed license details. You can also update your license using this page (v3.2.1 and later). Enter the new license and click the Update button. The license will immediately update and run with the new license key.
In frevvo versions prior to v3.2.1 you can update you license by editing the users/.frevvo/customer.lic file. This file is typically located in the c:/frevvo directory on windows installations.

The Server Configuration page displays the version and build of your currently installed Live Forms server.

Global Themes
Themes uploaded by the admin user are special in that they are visible and usable by any normal user. Whereas themes uploaded by a non admin user are only available to that user.
See how the logged in user can see their custom theme named red-white-blue and can also see an extra theme added by the admin user called Corporate Theme
